Jennifer is the Co-Owner and Marketing Manager of L.I.C.E. – Lice Intervention & Care Experts, where she combines over 13 years of nursing experience with a passion for education, advocacy, and exceptional client care. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Jennifer has dedicated her career to helping others through compassionate, evidence-based care and a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism.
As a Registered Nurse and mother of three, Jennifer understands the concern and uncertainty families experience when faced with a head lice infestation. She believes every client deserves not only an effective treatment, but also reassurance, education, and personalized support throughout the process. Her unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience has become a cornerstone of the L.I.C.E. philosophy.
In her role as Marketing Manager, Jennifer is dedicated to educating families, schools, and the community about safe, effective, science-based lice treatment while ensuring that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence. With years of leadership and management experience, Lisa has built her career around creating efficient systems, fostering meaningful client relationships, and ensuring every family receives a seamless, compassionate experience from their first call through successful treatment.
A graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's degree, Lisa combines strategic business expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. As both a business professional and a mother, she understands the stress and uncertainty that a lice infestation can bring to families. Her thoughtful, client-focused approach ensures that every aspect of the L.I.C.E. experience is delivered with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Our Story
L.I.C.E. – Lice Intervention & Care Experts was founded by two sisters who share a lifelong passion for caring for others. As mothers and healthcare professionals, we've spent years helping people through some of life's most challenging moments. Whether caring for patients or raising our own families, we've learned that compassion, trust, and education make all the difference.
Like many parents, we've experienced firsthand how overwhelming a head lice diagnosis can feel. The panic, endless internet searches, expensive over-the-counter products, and hours spent combing through hair can leave families exhausted and frustrated. We knew there had to be a better way.
That's why we created L.I.C.E.—a place where families can walk through our doors feeling anxious and leave feeling relieved. We wanted to combine the compassion of healthcare with the latest proven treatment technology to provide families with a safe, effective, and stress-free solution. Every treatment we provide is delivered with patience, professionalism, and genuine care because we understand that behind every appointment is a family simply looking for help.
As a registered nurse and PTA, our commitment has always been to improve the health and well-being of those we serve. We believe in educating families, answering every question, and treating each person with kindness and respect. Our goal isn't just to eliminate lice—it's to restore confidence, reduce stress, and give parents the peace of mind they deserve.
